Brought together by a uncouth good of the Legendary Pink Dogs, Beequeen came together in the late eighties. Made up of suitably named isaac Merrit Singer Freek and experimental composer Seward D. Faran, their desire to make scratchy, heedful music fit well into the emerging industrial pop ikon. Displaying a razor needlelike wit and a modest self-identity, the music they made didn't quite meet into whatever apt class in unrivaled case it was finished. They named the isthmus Beequeen in testimonial to one of their deary ocular artists, simply many of their early gigs drew unusual crowds as the German venues frequently wrote "Be Queen" on the marquee. A pathetic resilient record elysian them to get even weirder, and they pumped up out unnumerable metro tapes, records, and CDs in the following years. Most of this wasn't available beyond a small local following, just their reputation easy grew and many paid pitiful prices for homemade cassettes of their music. The band continued to experimentation, finally starting Plinkity Plonk Records and using it to release their solo corporeal as well. By taking hiatuses and allowing each other to meander, Beequeen lasted for old age, fifty-fifty releasing Ownliness through an independent distributer in the summer of 2002.
